It is so easy to get caught up in comparing ourselves to others, and thinking we fall short. We are bombarded with so many images and messages, day after day, that can whittle away our confidence. We can learn ways to counteract the messages, shut them out, ignore them, but no matter how much we fight them, they can still wriggle their way through our defences.
